As an Asbury Park resident, Josh Starner has spent years living and investing in properties within Monmouth County. Utilizing his personal experience as an investor in both long-term and short-term residential investments, along with his local knowledge and diverse marketing strategies, Josh effectively assists both buyers and sellers. With over 15 years of retail experience, he understands the importance of customer service and is dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience.

A New Jersey native, Josh has lived in Union, Ocean, and Monmouth Counties, giving him extensive familiarity with the Jersey Shore and neighboring areas. He sits on the Asbury Park Rent Levelling Board and serves on the Board of Advisors for the Friends of Island Beach State Park. Additionally, Josh was appointed by the City of Asbury Park as the Deputy Deal Lake Commissioner.

Josh earned his BA from Muhlenberg College and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. In his spare time, he is an active volunteer helping facilitate programs in both Ocean and Monmouth counties, where children have access to low and no-cost surf lessons, serving over 250 children a year.
