After more than 30 years in the software industry, I am excited to begin a new chapter in a field that has always been a passion of mine—real estate.

Throughout my career, I have enjoyed helping people solve problems, understanding their unique needs, and finding the right solutions for them. Real estate is a natural extension of that passion. For many years, I have been actively involved in researching homes, studying local markets, and helping friends identify and purchase investment properties. My interest in architecture, home design, and real estate investing has only grown stronger over time.

What draws me most to real estate is the opportunity to work closely with people during one of the most important decisions of their lives. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing the excitement and happiness on someone's face when they find the perfect home. 

My background in software has taught me how to listen carefully, analyze details, manage complex projects, and understand clients' requirements. These skills will allow me to guide buyers and sellers with patience, professionalism, and attention to detail. I take pride in building strong relationships and providing personalized service that helps clients feel confident throughout the process.

As I transition from technology into real estate, my goal is simple: to help people find the right home, make smart real estate decisions, and create a positive experience that brings smiles to their faces. I look forward to serving my community and turning my lifelong passion for real estate into a meaningful second career.
