Josh Starner

Beyond guiding others in their real estate journeys, Josh has built an impressive personal portfolio. He has done fix and flips, owned and operated short term rentals and has invested properties throughout the state. Outside of real estate, Josh is deeply involved in community service. He serves on nonprofit boards such as Friends of Island Beach State Park and plays an active role in local government as a member of the Asbury Park Rent Leveling Board and Deputy Deal Lake Commissioner. One of his most rewarding contributions is his work with Parents of Autistic Children (POAC) and Sea of Change, where he helps organize annual surf events that provide free lessons for children with autism combining his love for the ocean with his passion for giving back.
